Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with coaching services that you have purchased, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase.

After the 60 days, you may request a refund of all unused portions of monies paid towards coaching after the current monthly cycle is completed.

There may be specialized programs where you are specifically committed to a more strict refund policy. In these cases, you will be told about the refund policy on the program you are purchasing before the purchase is made. The policies you agree to during a purchase supercede this policy.

Electronic merchandise (eg downloadable content, special web site access, etc) is refundable within 7 days of purchase

Physical products can be returned within 30 days for a refund. The refund amount will be the full amount of the product minus any shipping and handling charges incurred to ship you the product. No reimbursement will be made for any expenses involved in returning the product to us. The refund will be processed after we have received the returned merchandise.
